Organic pollutants from the dye, pesticide, and pharmaceutical industries are a common problem in wastewater, and their degradation requires efficient and stable catalysts. The project investigates transitionmetal oxides, including doped and highentropy oxides, as potentially highly effective materials for degrading these compounds. The synthesized oxides will be structurally and electrochemically characterized and tested in various degradation systems, including photocatalytic and electrochemically assisted processes. The goal is to develop new, efficient catalysts capable of reducing harmful organic pollutants in wastewater.
